Having joined ÁÕÀÅÊÓƵ Adams in October 2005 as Catering Manager. My role oversees the food offerings across campus. With a particular focus on :-

• Sustainable sourcing through using the University`s own farm produce combined with ethical sourcing on Fairtrade and Marine Stewardship Council Fish procurement 
• Drive to become the first University in the country to irradicate disposbale coffee cups 
• Strive to minimise waste within the department around food and recylcables

Prior to this role, I have nearly 28 years’ experience in the HE sector having fulfilled similar catering  Bradford & Central Lancashire Universities.
