Abstract

The behavioural response of Deroceras reticulatum following consumption of ferric phosphate pellets was investigated in the laboratory.

Description

The behavioural response of Deroceras reticulatum following consumption of ferric phosphate pellets was investigated in the laboratory. Following consumption, the slugs moved into refuges (including the upper horizons of the soil), not emerging before mortality occurred.
